Features

Waffle Ice Cream Spreading Machine is an important piece of machine in the wafer line that determines the number of wafer sheets and cream layers that should be made. This machine has functions such as: applying cream layer on to the pre cooled wafer sheets, drawing evenly the cream layer and making the book of wafers sheets with different layer of cream and sheets, then applying slight pressure to hold the wafer/cream together. Numbers of cream layers and wafer layers can be adjusted as required to the count of 3, 4, 5 etc. The machine will count them automatically according to the adjustment made. There is a device of controlling temperature automatically and constantly on the roller of filler. The layer thickness can be adjustable, too.

Instructions:

1.Cream Spreading Machine is used for spreading cream , auto wafer layup and laminating as per the desired thickness of the wafer , and delivering the wafer to the belt conveyor.

2.This is an important piece of machine in the wafer line ,which determines the number of wafer sheets an cream (chocolate) layers that should be made .

3.This machine has functions such as :applying alight pressure to hold the wafer /cream (chocolate)together.
