1.This machine raises the wafer sheets to have natural cooling and to relieve heating stress applied on the wafer sheet, making the sheets cooled smoothly and breaking during baking process, so as to make the wafer biscuit not easy to broken but taste delicious.

2.The machine frame is made of steel with international standard and the cover adopts imported 304 stainless steel plate with thickness of 1.2mm and Φ6 stainless raw material.

3. This Cooling machine is used to transport the wafer to the cream spreading machine through air-cooling environment . It relieves heat stress applied on the wafer sheet during baking process.Unless the sheets are cooled smoothly,it tents to break even for a small impact during further processing of the wafer due to heat stress .
