Sri Lanka customer send inquiry to us on Oct. 9th about poultry food pellet machine,our sales sent back email and asked for details. Then we know that the customer need the machine for his 100,000 chickens,so we advice him to buy a big capacity one,about 1 ton per hour and a small mill machine together. The customer checked the voltage he need, about 440v then asked some question about vulnerable part. Our vulnerable part can use for 200-300 hours. On Oct.13,we finally make a deal. The customer place an order to us for the two machines. We sent him the specification and make invoice for him. The customer paid by L/C and sent us he copy of his L/C. He made payment for documents on Dec. 17th.
