Samosa is a kind of fried or baked pastry with delicious fillings, such as spiced onions, peas, lentils, macaroni, noodles, or minced meat (for example, lamb, beef , chicken etc.). Jujube paste can also be added. It is claimed that the samosa have originated in Central Asia. And its size and consistency may vary, but typically it is distinctly triangular or tetrahedral in shape. A common snack in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and other Southeast Asian countries and regions, a kind of fried snack with thin skinned volume filling into a triangular shape.
 
Samosa in Southeast Asia belong to the traditional snacks of ethnic Malay. In recent years, well accepted by other Southeast Asian Nations, have also been incorporated into other ethnic cuisine. The Chinese in Southeast Asia also put Curry Puff as a Food Chinese taste, slightly improve the taste. Compared with the traditional Malay curry puffs, curry puffs of ethnic Chinese are relatively large and filling full, the price is relatively expensive.
